# PICC P&C has elected Zhang Daoming as the vice chairman

According to the announcement from PICC P&C (02328), following the approval of the company's shareholders at the annual general meeting, Mr. Zhang Daoming, Mr. Lü Chen, and Mr. Hu Wei were elected as executive directors of the seventh board of directors. Mr. Gong Xinyu was elected as a non-executive director of the seventh board of directors, while Mr. Cheng Fengchao, Mr. Wei Chenyang, Mr. Li Weibin, Mr. Qu Xiaobo, and Ms. Xue Shuang were elected as independent directors of the seventh board of directors.

At the third meeting of the fourth employee representative assembly held on June 25, 2026, Ms. Li Ling was elected as the employee director of the seventh board of directors, with a term starting from the date of election by the employee representative assembly until the end of the term of the seventh board of directors.

The board elected Mr. Zhang Daoming as the vice chairman, with a term starting from the date of election by the board until the end of the term of the seventh board of directors
