According to the announcement from ZHONG JU INVEST (01959), effective June 25, 2026: Mr. Liu Yuan has resigned from his position as executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee due to his intention to pursue other business undertakings. Executive director Mr. Li Jianchang has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee
