# NeuroSense Posts Positive Phase 2 Biomarker Signals for PrimeC in Alzheimer’s Trial

The latest announcement is out from Neurosense Therapeutics Ltd. ( (NRSN) ).

On June 25, 2026, NeuroSense Therapeutics reported positive biomarker data from its Phase 2 RoAD proof-of-concept trial of PrimeC in Alzheimer’s disease, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving eight participants. Plasma analyses in three patients who completed 12 months of follow-up showed changes in hallmark Alzheimer’s biomarkers, including brain-derived tau, phospho-tau and the amyloid-beta 42/40 ratio, as well as in misfolded proteins alpha-synuclein and TDP-43 that commonly co-occur with Alzheimer’s pathology.

Additional shifts were observed in biomarkers of oxidative stress and inflammation, with all findings directionally aligned with PrimeC’s proposed multi-target mechanism and consistent with effects seen in NeuroSense’s ALS program, reinforcing evidence of shared neurodegenerative pathways. These biomarker results, together with previously reported favorable safety and tolerability and the absence of serious adverse events in RoAD, underpin NeuroSense’s plan to design a larger, adequately powered clinical study in Alzheimer’s disease, potentially strengthening its position in the competitive neurodegeneration drug-development landscape.
