# MKS rises 1% in after-hours trading to record high on China expansion

MKS(MKSI.US) 盘后涨**1.36%**，现报**410.51**美元，股价刷新历史新高。

6 月 25 日，公司宣布投资**2500 万美元**扩建广州 Atotech 生产基地，新增约 32.3 万平方英尺产能，目标于 2027 年第四季度前实现产能翻倍。

该扩产计划旨在应对 AI 驱动的半导体及先进封装需求增长，提升交付可靠性。新设施将引入光伏发电以满足日间电力需求。此前，公司 6 月 22 日在马来西亚槟城开设超级工厂，投资超 9630 万美元，预计创造逾 1000 个就业岗位。
