Sundrug has approved the disposal of 15,300 treasury shares as restricted stock compensation for eight internal directors and executive officers, with a disposal value of about ¥58.2 million at ¥3,807 per share. The move forms part of a previously approved restricted stock plan designed to tie management and key personnel compensation more closely to corporate value and shareholder interests, using long-term transfer restrictions and potential clawbacks to align incentives.
