PVH ( (PVH) ) has shared an update.

On June 24, 2026, PVH Corp. and its Dutch subsidiary PVH B.V. entered into a new credit agreement that provides a €400 million euro-denominated term loan A facility and a US$1.5 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility, replacing a prior facility dated December 9, 2022. The euro term loan was fully drawn on the closing date to repay and terminate the existing credit agreement, while the new revolving line supports funding needs in several major currencies and includes capacity for letters of credit and swingline loans, enhancing PVH’s financial flexibility.

The new facilities, maturing on June 24, 2031, carry floating interest rates tied to benchmarks such as term SOFR, EURIBOR, SONIA, SARON, TIBOR and CORRA, with initial margins starting at 1.0% for most benchmark-based loans and 1.125% for the euro term loan. PVH must meet a maximum net leverage ratio and comply with customary covenants and events of default, and it retains the option, subject to conditions and lender participation, to add or expand term and revolving commitments by up to US$1.5 billion, underscoring a more flexible long-term capital structure for the company and its stakeholders.

**Spark’s Take on PVH Stock**

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, PVH is a Neutral.

PVH scores mid-range primarily due to improving cash flow and a reaffirmed full-year profit outlook (including tariff refund support), offset by materially weakened profitability/returns and meaningful leverage. The technical setup is notably bearish (price below key moving averages with negative momentum), and valuation offers limited cushion given a modest P/E and very low dividend yield.
