Rami Katkhuda has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, most notably the FDA approval of Lumivoa for thyroid eye disease across both active and chronic settings, which transitions Viridian into a commercial-stage company and underscores the strength of its THRIVE data. The product’s label highlights clear advantages versus the incumbent therapy, including fewer and shorter infusions, robust efficacy on key symptoms such as diplopia, and a faster onset of benefit.

Rami Katkhuda’s rating is based on the expectation that Lumivoa’s competitive profile, coupled with pricing aligned to the existing standard of care, should support broad payer access and drive meaningful adoption in a roughly $2 billion, incidence-driven market. Although he acknowledges that buy-and-bill dynamics and reimbursement timelines may delay revenue ramp, favorable physician sentiment, targeted outreach to core prescribers, and solid financial positioning collectively support his view that Viridian’s commercial launch can be strong, justifying a Buy rating and an unchanged $35 price target.

In another report released today, H.C. Wainwright also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $22.00 price target.
