Avalanche Treasury Corp told regulators Yesterday that it might not survive the year after its stock fell 93% over the last month. According to NS3.AI, the company reported that its operating subsidiary lost more than $26 million in a single quarter, with most of the loss tied to a fair-value writedown of AVAX.
