The PBOC conducted RMB63 billion of seven-day reverse repos at an unchanged operation rate of 1.4%. With RMB231.5 billion of reverse repos maturing, the net daily liquidity withdrawal was RMB168.5 billion. The three major A-share indices opened mixed, then fluctuated higher before gains narrowed in the afternoon session, ending the day up 0.1% to 0.6%. The Shanghai Composite Index rose 14 points, or 0.37%, to close at 4,043, with turnover of RMB1.47 trillion. The Shenzhen Component Index gained 98 points, or 0.64%, to close at 15,597, with turnover of RMB1.72 trillion. The ChiNext Index added 2 points, or 0.07%, to close at 4,019, with turnover of RMB803.808 billion. Among Chinese bank stocks, ICBC (601398.SH) \-0.010 (-0.142%) fell 0.1%, CCB (601939.SH) \-0.110 (-1.146%) dropped 1.2%, while CMB (600036.SH) +0.230 (+0.628%) rose 0.6%. Among Chinese insurers, CHINA LIFE (601628.SH) +0.150 (+0.390%) gained 0.4% and CHINA PACIFIC INSURANCE (601601.SH) +0.020 (+0.067%) added 0.1%. In addition, BYD Company (002594.SZ) +4.900 (+5.863%) surged 5.9% after the company announced that it had cumulatively built 7,018 flash-charging stations and launched the Seal 08 with an official starting price of RMB196,900. CONTEMPORARY AMPEREX (300750.SZ) \-2.350 (-0.615%) slipped 0.6%. Among chip stocks, SMIC (688981.SH) \-3.790 (-2.630%) fell 2.6%, while HUA HONG GRACE (688347.SH) +0.500 (+0.176%) edged up 0.2%. AI chip stock CAMBRICON (688256.SH) \-19.000 (-1.385%) dropped 1.4%. BOE A (000725.SZ) \-0.720 (-7.912%) said it has established project teams for Micro LED optical interconnection systems and glass substrate-based CPO technology research to accelerate technological breakthroughs, but its shares still closed down 7.9%. As the STAR Market IPO registration of Unitree Robotics took effect, humanoid robot concept stocks performed strongly, with LEADSHINE (002979.SZ) +6.320 (+9.995%) , JINGXING PAPER (002067.SZ) +0.380 (+9.948%) and several others hitting limit-up. International gold prices climbed, leading precious metal stocks higher. XC-TECH (300139.SZ) +5.020 (+12.862%) surged more than 12.8%, while WESTERN REGION GOLD (601069.SH) +2.360 (+10.021%) , SICHUAN GOLD (001337.SZ) +3.750 (+10.011%) , CHIFENG GOLD (600988.SH) +2.840 (+10.004%) and several others hit limit-up. VANKE A (000002.SZ) +0.030 (+0.980%) rose nearly 1% after the company signed an accounts receivable pledge agreement with Shenzhen Metro Group. DHI H shares were added to the eligible securities list for Southbound Stock Connect, lifting DHI (002487.SZ) +1.380 (+2.524%) A shares by 2.5%.
