According to the latest publicly announced paper on the ChinaXiv platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huawei's semiconductor head He Tingbo released the V2 version of "Time Scaling Theory for Multi-Level Electronic Systems" on July 3rd. Compared to the V1 version released on May 25th, the new paper adds a large amount of engineering implementation details, measured quantitative data, and product evolution roadmap based on the original theoretical framework, further improving the post-Moore era scaling theory system centered around the time constant τ
