# Mainland Memory Leader LONGSYS  Expects Interim Net Profit to Surge Up to 744x YoY

LONGSYS (301308.SZ) +62.180 (+10.061%) , a leading mainland memory company, announced that it expects net profit for the first half to surge by 622.04x to 743.94x YoY to RMB9.2 billion-RMB11 billion.

During the period, driven by increased downstream demand and limited overall growth in global memory wafer production capacity, the global semiconductor memory industry remained buoyant, creating a favorable external environment for the company. Meanwhile, the company successfully renewed wafer supply agreements (LTA or MOU) with several major global memory wafer manufacturers, securing memory wafer supply and laying a solid resource foundation for its long-term development.

At the same time, the company leveraged self-developed chips (such as SPU controller chips), proprietary software architecture (such as HLC), and its own high-end packaging and testing capacity as key support to comprehensively embrace edge AI and support diversified integrated storage demand for edge AI applications. In addition, the company completed joint optimization with AMD, achieving technological innovation whereby the company's SSD storage agent and HLC technology supported edge AI products in reducing DRAM usage by about 40%.
