ZTO EXPRESS-W, J&T EXPRESS-W for Research China's State Post Bureau announced that Liao Jinrong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the State Post Bureau, led a delegation to Shanghai for research visits from June 29 to July 2 to the headquarters of courier companies to understand corporate development conditions, hear opinions and suggestions, and brief firms on regulatory work in 1H26. Authorities emphasized the need to further strengthen unified management responsibilities at corporate headquarters, continue deepening governance against "involution" competition, reinforce protection of the legitimate rights and interests of couriers, enhance production safety management, maintain the stability of courier service networks, and promote the high-quality development of the express delivery industry.
