# Canada Nickel Signs MOU with RWE Supply & Trading to Support Commercialization of Low-Carbon Steel in Europe and North America

Canada Nickel has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RWE Supply & Trading (RWEST) to facilitate the commercialization of low-carbon stainless and alloy steel potentially manufactured by Canada Nickel's Net Zero Metals subsidiary. This collaboration is anticipated to provide access to European and US markets for the low-carbon steel products. RWEST is expected to leverage its expertise in the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism ("CBAM") and assist in navigating carbon-related aspects of the industry. This partnership aims to support the production and marketing of environmentally friendly steel products.
