# LQR House jumps 8% after-hours on 2-year BytePlus AI deal

LQR House(YHC.US) 盘后涨超 8%，现报 0.0415 美元。

公司 6 月 30 日宣布，旗下子公司 YHC AI Limited 与字节跳动旗下 BytePlus 签署为期两年的协议，通过 ModelArk 平台采购 AI 算力。该合作旨在提升 Fusion Five Continents Securities 的 AI 驱动研究、量化建模和自动化投资组合优化能力。

此前 6 月 23 日，公司确认正与字节跳动就 AI 垂直领域的战略合作进行高级谈判，包括企业模型和基础设施整合。此次协议是收购 Fusion Five Continents Securities 后的首项重大 AI 基础设施投资。
