The listing gives investors a new public-market way to gain exposure to the quantum computing space. It also makes IQM the first European quantum computing company to list on a major U.S. stock exchange. Following the deal, IQM said it has a pro forma cash position of €337 million. ## **IQM Enters Public Markets with Commercial Momentum** IQM comes to market with a growing installed base. The company said it has sold 23 quantum computers worldwide, which it says is more than any other quantum manufacturer. Its systems are used by enterprises, universities, research institutions, supercomputing centers, and national laboratories. CEO and Co-Founder Jan Goetz said quantum computing is "reaching an inflection point" as organizations move from early testing to real implementation. IQM's systems are already operating at major institutions, including CINECA in Italy, the Leibniz Supercomputing Center in Germany, and the Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the U.S. The company is also expanding its U.S. presence with a new Quantum Technology Center in Maryland. In Asia, IQM recently secured Japan's first purchase of an enterprise quantum computer through a deal with Toyo Corporation (TOYO). ## **Quantistry Deal Adds Software Muscle** In other news, alongside the listing, IQM acquired selected assets of Quantistry GmbH, a Berlin-based developer of cloud-native simulation software for industries including automotive, aerospace, chemicals, materials science, and pharmaceuticals. The deal adds software applications, algorithms, intellectual property, and technical talent to IQM's platform. More importantly, it gives the company a direct bridge between quantum hardware and real industrial use cases. "True commercialization of quantum computing requires more than powerful hardware," Goetz said. "It requires a bridge between hardware, software, and real industrial applications." For potential IQMX investors, IQM's public debut adds another name to the fast-growing quantum trade. The company is entering Nasdaq with cash, customers, and a broader hardware-software strategy. The next step will be turning a commercial base into scalable revenue as the quantum market moves from research budgets to enterprise adoption. ### Related Stocks - [IQMX.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/IQMX.US.md) - [RAAQ.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/RAAQ.US.md) - [8151.JP](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/8151.JP.md) - [TOYO.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/TOYO.US.md) ## Related News & Research - [IQM and Deutsche Bahn tested quantum scheduling on 190 rail trips across five German cities](https://longbridge.com/en/news/293245330.md) - [IQM and Deutsche Bahn Demonstrate Quantum Algorithm for Railway Scheduling on Real Operational Data | IQMX Stock News](https://longbridge.com/en/news/293169453.md) - [IBM Just Hit a New Quantum Computing Milestone.
