The PBOC conducted RMB15 billion of seven-day reverse repo operations, while RMB100 billion of reverse repos matured, resulting in a net liquidity withdrawal of RMB85 billion in a single day. The three major A-share indices opened 0.2% to 0.5% higher. The Shanghai Composite Index opened up 6 pts or 0.16% at 3,996. The Shenzhen Component Index opened up 44 pts or 0.29% at 15,269. The ChiNext Index rose 20 pts or 0.52% to 3,932. Among mainland banking stocks, ICBC (601398.SH) +0.040 (+0.551%) and CCB (601939.SH) \-0.030 (-0.302%) both opened down 0.6%, while CMB (600036.SH) +0.170 (+0.453%) opened down 0.5%. Among mainland insurance stocks, CHINA LIFE (601628.SH) +0.090 (+0.240%) opened down 0.4%, while CHINA PACIFIC INSURANCE (601601.SH) \-0.080 (-0.271%) opened down 0.2%. In addition, BYD Company (002594.SZ) +0.400 (+0.464%) opened down 0.3%. CONTEMPORARY AMPEREX (300750.SZ) \-4.220 (-1.133%) opened up 0.4%. Among chip stocks, SMIC (688981.SH) +1.900 (+1.307%) opened up 1.8%, while HUA HONG GRACE (688347.SH) +7.090 (+2.188%) opened up 1.1%. AI chip stock CAMBRICON (688256.SH) +42.740 (+3.079%) opened up 2.5%. Domestic GPU stocks METAX (688802.SH) \-1.590 (-0.191%) and MOORE THREADS (688795.SH) \-3.200 (-0.483%) opened up 0.4% and nearly flat, respectively. Among the three major optical module players, ZHONGJI INNOLIGHT (300308.SZ) +5.370 (+0.479%) opened up 1.2%, TFC (300394.SZ) +3.690 (+1.512%) opened up 0.8%, and EOPTOLINK (300502.SZ) \-1.180 (-0.231%) opened nearly 1% higher. Tourism stocks performed well, with LINGNAN HOLDINGS (000524.SZ) +0.900 (+10.056%) hitting the daily limit-up at market open. The State Council in principle approved the "15th Five-Year Plan" for building China into a strong tourism nation, aiming to foster new growth drivers for tourism development, enrich tourism supply, unleash consumption potential, and accelerate the construction of a strong tourism country. Luxshare ICT (02475.HK) set its H-share offer price at HKD63.28 per share, while LUXSHARE PRECISION (002475.SZ) \-1.780 (-2.813%) opened down 0.4% on the A-share market. VANKE A (000002.SZ) \-0.030 (-1.003%) opened down 0.3%. The company will repay 40% of the principal upon maturity of 23 Vanke MTN004, while the remaining 60% principal will be extended by one year.
