CHINA SOUTH AIR (01055.HK) \-0.030 (-0.875%) Short selling $10.86M; Ratio 17.779% announced that the application regarding the issuance of SOUTHERN AIRLINES (600029.SH) \-0.050 (-0.977%) A shares to specific investors has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The fundraising size under the plan will not exceed RMB15 billion. Of the proceeds, approximately RMB10.5 billion will be used for the acquisition of 46 aircraft, while the remaining RMB4.5 billion will be used to replenish working capital.
