# [New Stock Listing] News: EKH's public offering was oversubscribed by 8,964 times

According to a report from Economic News Agency on the 8th, Southeast Asian container yard operator EKH (02523) has closed its public offering today at noon. It is reported that this public offering attracted approximately 151,000 retail investors, with an initial oversubscription estimated at 8,964 times.

EKH plans to globally offer 51.6 million shares, of which about 10% will be publicly offered in Hong Kong, and the remainder for international offering, with an offer price ranging from HKD 2.2 to HKD 2.68 per share, raising a maximum of HKD 138 million. Each board lot consists of 2,000 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 5,414.05. The company expects to be listed next Monday (13th). The joint sponsors are Huafu Jianye and Tongren Financing. (bi)
