JiaYuan Technology Put Under CSRC Probe Over Suspected Disclosure Violations

JiaYuan Technology said on July 8 that it has received a case-filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), which has opened an investigation into the company over suspected illegal information disclosure, according to Jiemian News. The company said it will cooperate with the probe and continue to meet its disclosure obligations; it added that operations remain normal and the matter is not expected to have a material impact on production and business activities as of the announcement date.
