CENTREVILLE, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mobility Global Inc. (NYSE: MBGL) ("Mobility Global" or the "Company") announced today that it will release its second quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens on Friday, August 7, 2026.

Bill Eager, Chief Executive Officer; Matt Calderone, Chief Financial Officer; and Tejal Engman, Managing Director, Investor Relations, will host a conference call and webcast at **8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time** to discuss the results. The presentation is open to all interested parties and may include forward-looking information.
