Following the market opening Wednesday, the Dow traded down 0.95% to 52,423.22 while the NASDAQ fell 0.40% to 25,715.04. The S&P 500 also fell, dropping, 0.56% to 7,461.94. **Leading and Lagging Sectors** Energy shares jumped by 0.3% on Wednesday. In trading on Wednesday, materials stocks fell by 2%. **Top Headline** **Helen Of Troy** (NASDAQ:HELE) reported upbeat results for its first quarter on Wednesday. The company posted quarterly earnings of 17 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of a loss of 1 cent per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $402.115 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $374.553 million. **Equities Trading UP**            - **Catheter Precision Inc (NYSE:VTAK)** shares shot up 120% to $1.57 after the company announced Flyte, its regional air mobility unit, will equip its Cirrus Vision Jet fleet with LifeVac‘s airway-clearance devices. - Shares of **Edible Garden AG Inc** (NASDAQ:EDBL) got a boost, surging 59% to $0.14 after the company announced that it has engaged E2 Building Group to oversee the construction of its planned Prairie Hills ready-to-drink manufacturing facility. - **iOThree Ltd (**NASDAQ:IOTR) shares were also up, gaining 41% to $3.58 after the Chairman and CEO issued a letter detailing a year-over-year increase in the company’s FY26 revenue results. **Equities Trading DOWN** - **Pop Culture Group Co Ltd (**NASDAQ:CPOP) shares dropped 33% to $0.068. - Shares of **Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd (**NASDAQ:TDTH) were down 28% to $1.86. Trident Digital Tech recently announced that its Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Soon Huat Lim, will convert approximately $8 million of outstanding founder indebtedness into restricted Class B equity. - **Generation Income Properties Inc** (NASDAQ:GIPR) was down, falling 26% to $0.12 after the company announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split. **Commodities** In commodity news, oil traded up 5.6% to $74.37 while gold traded down 2.4% at $4,057.20. Silver traded down 4.2% to $58.785 on Wednesday, while copper fell 2.5% to $6.0705. **Euro zone** European shares were lower today. The eurozone’s STOXX 600 fell 1.6%, while Spain’s IBEX 35 Index fell 2.6%.
