In trading on Wednesday, materials stocks fell by 2.4%. **Top Headline** U.S. wholesale inventories increased 0.1% month-over-month to $941.8 billion in May, compared to a revised 0.7% gain in April and down from market estimates of a 0.3% gain. **Equities Trading UP**            - **Catheter Precision Inc (NYSE:VTAK)** shares shot up 98% to $1.41 after the company announced Flyte, its regional air mobility unit, will equip its Cirrus Vision Jet fleet with LifeVac‘s airway-clearance devices. - Shares of **Penguin Solutions Inc** (NASDAQ:PENG) got a boost, surging 18% to $74.12 after the company announced better-than-expected third-quarter financial results. - **iOThree Ltd (**NASDAQ:IOTR) shares were also up, gaining 44% to $3.65 after the Chairman and CEO issued a letter detailing a year-over-year increase in the company’s FY26 revenue results. **Equities Trading DOWN** - **FuelCell Energy Inc (**NASDAQ:FCEL) shares dropped 13% to $22.71 after the company priced an upsized public offering of common stock at a steep discount to its previous closing price. - Shares of **Saratoga Investment Corp (**NYSE:SAR) were down 10% to $18.77 as the company reported downbeat earnings for its first quarter. - **Generation Income Properties Inc** (NASDAQ:GIPR) was down, falling 24% to $0.12 after the company announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split. **Commodities** In commodity news, oil traded up 6.1% to $74.75 while gold traded down 2.1% at $4,070.40.
