# Mengniu Dairy hits 52-week high on buybacks, World Cup tie-up

Mengniu Dairy (2319.HK) climbed more than 1% in Hong Kong trading to **HK$17.780**, reaching a 52-week high.

The company has been actively buying back shares, spending approximately **HK$1.67 million** on July 7 to repurchase **100,000 shares**. Additionally, as a top sponsor of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the US, Canada, and Mexico, Mengniu is accelerating its push into the premium fresh milk market in Southeast Asia to seek new growth drivers.
