# FanShi Intelligence surges on AI expansion in Shanghai

FanShi Intelligence (6682.HK) **surged** during regular trading to **HKD 30.320**, up more than **9%**.

The company recently announced the establishment of a wholly-owned AI computing technology subsidiary in Shanghai with registered capital of **RMB 10 million**. The venture will focus on artificial intelligence application software and basic software development, marking further expansion into the AI sector.
