Dajin Heavy Industry hits record low as H-shares fall over 5%
Dajin Heavy Industry (1081.HK) tumbled over 5% during regular trading to HK$43.76, marking a record low.
The company recently exercised its over-allotment option, issuing approximately 2.3259 million additional H-shares. Although the stock was included in the Stock Connect program on July 3, it has since declined more than 20%. Analysts note that limited float and scarce chips prompted early profit-takers to exit after the positive news was fully priced in, pressuring shares.
