The company has determined the final price for the H shares to be issued and listed at HKD 45.98 per share (excluding a 1% brokerage commission, 0.0027% Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy, 0.00565% Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading fee, and 0.00015% Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants transaction levy). The H shares issued and listed by the company will be listed and begin trading on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 9, 2026
