#### First Six Months of 2026 Sales Highlights

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, total product sales reached $17.5 million, marking a 20.9% increase over the first six months of 2025. Domestic sales for this period were $16.0 million, an increase of 32.5%, while international sales were $1.6 million, a decrease of -35.7%. Tri-Shield First Defense® sales for the six months totaled $12.8 million, an increase of 25.1%, and Dual-Force® and Other Sales amounted to $4.8 million, growing by 10.9%.

#### Operational Insights

ImmuCell Corporation’s growth in the second quarter was significant despite a challenging comparison with the second quarter of 2025, which included substantial sales from distributors replenishing inventory after an extended period of backorders. Commercial efforts during the quarter focused on year-round dairy customers, a more price-sensitive segment, which contributed to the growth of Dual-Force® and Tri-Shield®. The expansion of the commercial team is also contributing to increased customer acquisitions in this segment.

#### Outlook

Management anticipates discussing revenue drivers and complete financial results during a conference call scheduled for Friday, August 14, 2026. ImmuCell Corporation believes that end-customer demand for its products remains strong, particularly in Canada, despite recent international sales declines.
