# Neostellar Capital: Buy Rating Reaffirmed on Valuation Upside and Magnetar Partnership, Unchanged $18 Price Target

Neostellar Capital, the Financial sector company, was revisited by a Wall Street analyst today. Analyst Alexander Paris from Barrington reiterated a Buy rating on the stock and has a $18.00 price target.

### TipRanks Welcomes a New ETF – NYSE:RANK

- TipRanks has entered a new arena in the investing world, powering the index of an ETF based on its unique data now trading under the ticker RANK on the NYSE.
- RANK tracks the performance of the TipRanks US Momentum Analysts Index, a rules-based index of 50 large U.S. companies.

Alexander Paris has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that highlight both valuation upside and improving fundamentals at Neostellar Capital. He notes that the shares, despite a strong run year-to-date and in 2025, still trade below the company’s estimated second-quarter net asset value, suggesting meaningful room for multiple expansion toward or above book value.

Alexander Paris’s rating is based on the anticipated benefits of the transition to an external management structure with Magnetar, which should enhance deal sourcing, due diligence capabilities and reduce ongoing expenses. He also points to expected portfolio appreciation and liquidity events, including the potential 2026 IPO of OpenAI, Neostellar’s second-largest holding, as catalysts that could increase NAV, support higher dividends and drive the stock toward his unchanged $18 price target.
