# BASICSEMI will increase prices for some products starting this season, with the maximum increase not exceeding 25%

BASICSEMI (09971) announced that some products will adjust prices starting from the third quarter, with an expected increase of no more than 25%.

The company pointed out that, in light of the rapid development of emerging applications such as global AI and new energy vehicles since 2026, market demand continues to grow, maintaining a tight balance between supply and demand in the industry. After a comprehensive assessment of the market environment, cost changes, and overall business strategy, the company will moderately adjust the sales prices of some products starting from the third quarter to support ongoing R&D investment and ensure product quality and supply stability.

The announcement also indicated that the price increase for some products is expected to be no more than 25%. The specific adjustment plan will be determined based on factors such as product category, order scale, cooperation model, market region, and both parties' business arrangements, and will be implemented in an orderly manner with relevant customers.
