Minieye, DiDi Delivery Strike Deal to Scale Urban Driverless Logistics

Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. Class H ( (HK:2431) ) has shared an update.

Minieye Technology has entered a strategic cooperation agreement with DiDi Delivery to integrate its L4 driverless logistics technology and mass-produced vehicles with DiDi’s one-stop intracity freight platform. The partnership aims to accelerate commercialization and large-scale deployment of urban last-mile driverless delivery through a combined technology and platform model.

Under the agreement, Minieye will supply compliant L4 driverless logistics vehicles, autonomous driving software and full-cycle technical support, while DiDi Delivery will provide app-based order intake, intelligent dispatch and a hybrid human-machine capacity model. The parties will initially offer integrated driverless delivery solutions to commercial clients in Foshan, building a replicable model for logistics cost reduction and efficiency gains.

The collaboration leverages Minieye’s nationwide deployment capabilities and DiDi Delivery’s mature dispatch systems and operational experience in driverless delivery to create a closed-loop of freight platform traffic and autonomous capacity. Minieye’s board expects the deal to expand its commercial deployment scale, broaden its driverless logistics business model and further consolidate its leadership in smart driverless logistics, with positive implications for its long-term business development.
