_Company to Report Q2 2026 Results on August 6, 2026_

SAN FRANCISCO\--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ouster, Inc. (Nasdaq: OUST) (“Ouster” or the “Company”), a leader in sensing and perception for Physical AI, today announced that it will report its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 after the market closes on Thursday, August 6, 2026 and host a conference call that day at 5:00 p.m. ET to discuss its results.

Registration for the webcast can be completed by visiting the following website prior to, or on the day of, the conference call: https://register-conf.media-server.com/register/BI6ead86baced44176974b83a7905844fa.
