# Analyst Maintains Hold on InMode Amid Takeover Uncertainty and Limited Profitability Visibility

BTIG analyst Sam Eiber has maintained their neutral stance on INMD stock, giving a Hold rating today.

### TipRanks Welcomes a New ETF – NYSE:RANK

- TipRanks has entered a new arena in the investing world, powering the index of an ETF based on its unique data now trading under the ticker RANK on the NYSE.
- RANK tracks the performance of the TipRanks US Momentum Analysts Index, a rules-based index of 50 large U.S. companies.

Sam Eiber has given his Hold rating due to a combination of factors tied to InMode’s current operating and strategic backdrop. The company modestly outperformed Q2 revenue expectations and reiterated its full-year outlook, suggesting some stabilization, yet the lack of margin and earnings detail limits insight into the underlying profitability and sustainability of this performance.

At the same time, active takeover discussions, including competing all-cash bids at relatively low EBITDA multiples and questions around insider involvement, create meaningful uncertainty about the ultimate outcome for shareholders. With no earnings call planned and a special committee still evaluating offers ahead of key governance dates, Eiber sees an unclear risk‑reward profile and thus finds it appropriate to maintain a neutral, Hold stance for now.

In another report released today, Robert W. Baird also maintained a Hold rating on the stock with a $17.00 price target.

INMD’s price has also changed slightly for the past six months – from $14.030 to $15.150, which is a 7.98% increase.
