WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--**LTC Properties Inc. (NYSE: LTC) (“LTC” or the “Company”)**, a real estate investment trust that primarily invests in seniors housing and health care properties, today announced it will release second quarter earnings on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 after market close.

LTC will conduct a conference call on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific / 11:00 a.m. Eastern, to provide commentary on the performance and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
