# CLSA Raises INNOVENT BIO  TP to HKD139.9, Secures Another Partnership Deal

CLSA published a report stating that INNOVENT BIO (01801.HK) \-2.550 (-2.628%) Short selling $793.25M; Ratio 20.826% announced on July 14 that it had licensed the rights of its immunology drug IBI355 outside Greater China to Spero Therapeutics, with the total deal value reaching USD1.1 billion. The broker believes that although the size of this transaction is smaller than the other two deals reached earlier this year, the latest agreement once again reflects INNOVENT BIO's strong R&D capabilities.
