Futures on the Nasdaq 100 (NDX), the S&P 500 Index (SPX), and the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) were down 0.29%, 0.05%, and 0.02%, respectively, at 5:43 a.m. EDT on July 16. ### TipRanks Welcomes a New ETF – NYSE:RANK - TipRanks has entered a new arena in the investing world, powering the index of an ETF based on its unique data now trading under the ticker RANK on the NYSE. - RANK tracks the performance of the TipRanks US Momentum Analysts Index, a rules-based index of 50 large U.S. companies. The weakness comes after a two-day rally driven by cooler inflation data and strong earnings from major financial companies. However, renewed weakness in chip stocks dampened investor sentiment overnight. Oil prices remained under pressure as investors continued to monitor tensions between the U.S. and Iran. At the time of writing, Brent crude (**CM:BZ**) was down 1.67% at $84.16 a barrel, while WTI crude (**CM:CL**) fell to $79.34. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index surged 1.33%. In China, the Shanghai Composite declined 1.85%, while the Shenzhen Component lost 1.04%.
