VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zymeworks Inc. (Nasdaq: ZYME), a biotechnology company managing a portfolio of licensed healthcare assets while developing a diverse pipeline of novel, multifunctional biotherapeutics, today announced that management will report its second quarter 2026 financial results after market close on August 6, 2026.

In light of the previously announced proposed acquisition of Theravance Biopharma, Zymeworks has elected not to host a second quarter earnings conference call after release of its financial results. We look forward to providing an update following the expected closing of the proposed acquisition of Theravance Biopharma, sharing greater visibility into the combined business and its strategic priorities.
