# Wells Fargo Reaffirms Their Buy Rating on Eastgroup Properties (EGP)

Wells Fargo analyst maintained a Buy rating on Eastgroup Properties yesterday and set a price target of $236.00. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $213.11.

In addition to Wells Fargo, Eastgroup Properties also received a Buy from Barclays’s Brendan Lynch in a report issued today. However, on July 13, Mizuho Securities maintained a Hold rating on Eastgroup Properties (NYSE: EGP).
