According to Jin10, the total subscription will account for 20% of TAT's issued shares on the completion date, rounded down to the nearest whole share, with a total transaction value of about A$5.1827 million. The first batch will involve the maximum whole number of shares below 10% of TAT's issued shares, with an estimated transaction value of about A$2.3034 million. The second batch is valued at about A$2.8793 million.
