# MONTAGE TECH : Fully Cooperating With Korean Prosecutors' Investigation; Business Operations Currently Normal

MONTAGE TECH (06809.HK) -8.600 (-3.087%) Short selling $325.84M; Ratio 10.903% announced that on July 15, 2026, an on-site search and seizure was commenced by the Fair Trade Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office in South Korea (PO) at the office of a member of the Group in South Korea regarding an investigation of a potential competition law violation. The Group has been fully cooperating with the PO’s request.

None of the Group, its directors and employees has been charged by the PO or any government authorities with any wrongdoing. The Group’s business operations remain normal and the Group remains fully focused on products research and development, as well as serving its customers.

Considering the current stage of the investigation, the Company is of the view that it is not feasible to predict the timing or the outcome of the investigation, including whether any follow-up actions may be taken against the Group, whether any charges will or will not be filed against the Group or other parties, or whether the investigation will have a material adverse impact on the financial condition of the Group. The Company will closely monitor the subsequent developments of the aforementioned event.
