# XINGYE SILVER&TIN  H Share Listing Application Returned Due to Need to Update Mining Report

XINGYE SILVER&TIN (000426.SZ) -1.690 (-5.605%) announced that it received notification from the Stock Exchange that its application for the issuance and listing of H shares has been returned. Its sole sponsor is CICC.

The announcement stated that, after confirmation with the Stock Exchange, the listing application was returned because the effective date of the mining report and the expected prospectus publication date need to be updated. 

The company emphasized that this does not involve any material adverse changes in its production and operations, financial performance, resource conditions or other substantive conditions for the issuance. 

Meanwhile, the company will work with intermediary institutions to orderly advance the supplementary update of the application materials, and it expects to resubmit the listing application within this quarter.
