On July 17, 2026, Maase Inc. agreed to sell its entire indirect 49% equity interest in Qingdao Huiju Laixi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., an unmanned car wash operator, to Galaxicore Holdings Limited for US$17 million in cash, payable in staged installments and expected to close by the end of August 2026.
