Osisko Gold Completes Name Change from Osisko Development

In Toronto on July 15, 2026, Osisko Gold Group Inc. revealed the successful completion of its name change from Osisko Development Corp. to "Osisko Gold Group Inc." (NYSE: ODV, TSXV: ODV). The alteration to "Groupe Aurifère Osisko Inc." from "Osisko Développement Corp." was also enacted on July 14, 2026. This change, known as the "Name Change," was approved by shareholders during the annual and special meeting held on June 23, 2026.
