# Report: Apple and U.S. Department of Justice Hold Early Settlement Talks in Antitrust Case

Apple Inc. and the U.S. Department of Justice are holding early settlement discussions regarding a lawsuit filed in 2024 that accuses the iPhone maker of violating Antitrust Law.
