# NaaS Technology Hit With Arbitration Award Over Terminated Charge Amps Deal

NaaS Technology ( (NAAS) ) has provided an update.

On July 14, 2026, an arbitral tribunal under the SCC Arbitration Institute issued a final award against Fleetin AB, a Swedish subsidiary of NaaS Technology Inc., and NaaS itself in a dispute with four sellers of Charge Amps AB. The case stemmed from the termination of a share purchase agreement for a previously proposed acquisition of Charge Amps AB that NaaS had disclosed earlier.

The tribunal found Fleetin AB in breach of the share purchase agreement for failing to complete the acquisition and held Fleetin AB and NaaS jointly and severally liable under NaaS’s parent company guarantee. Damages, statutory interest, and certain legal and arbitration costs were awarded to the claimants, but NaaS stated that the November 2023 termination of the deal means the award relates only to that past transaction and believes it does not affect its ongoing operations or current business activities.

**Spark’s Take on NAAS Stock**

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, NAAS is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance—shrinking revenue, persistent large losses, negative equity, and ongoing cash burn—despite some improvement in loss and cash outflow trends. Technicals are a partial offset with the stock above key moving averages and a positive MACD, though RSI is elevated (stretched momentum). Valuation appears low on P/E, but it is not enough to overcome the fundamental balance-sheet and cash-flow risks.
