# CITIC Securities Signs Framework Deal With Optics Valley Financial Holdings

On July 17, CITIC Securities signed a framework cooperation agreement with Optics Valley Financial Holdings Group, a state-owned enterprise in Wuhan's East Lake High-tech Zone, according to 36Kr. The two sides will focus on Optics Valley's leading industries and emerging sectors, and will work together on project screening, local incubation, and investment support. They also plan to build a full life-cycle capital market service system for companies, covering domestic and overseas IPOs, equity refinancing, bond issuance, mergers and restructurings, equity investment, and the setup of industrial funds. The agreement is intended to support listed reserve companies, specialized and sophisticated enterprises, and other business entities as the zone seeks to integrate technology, industry, and finance and build a trillion-yuan industrial cluster.
