# Damora Announces Redomestication from Delaware to Cayman Islands

On July 17, 2026, Damora Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMRA) announced its completion of redomestication from Delaware to the Cayman Islands, effective on July 16, 2026. In this transformation, each share of the Delaware Company’s common stock converted into one ordinary share of the Company, with a par value of $0.00001 per share. Similarly, every share of the Delaware Company’s preferred stock converted into a corresponding series of preferred shares of the Company. This move was approved by the board of directors and shareholders in a Special Meeting of Stockholders on February 9, 2026.
