The AI cloud stock gained on Friday after Nebius secured a $775 million debt facility to help fund its expansion. Meeks expects Nebius' revenue to grow 41-fold from 2025 to 2028, far faster than the growth he expects from other AI cloud firms. For comparison, the analyst expects revenue at IREN (IREN) to grow about 12-fold over the same period. He sees CoreWeave (CRWV) revenue rising about eightfold. Meeks valued Nebius in line with other neocloud firms, using a range of four to six times the estimated 2028 EV/EBITDA. This led him to raise his NBIS price target to $200. He also believes these AI cloud stocks could earn higher valuations over time if their rapid growth continues. ## **Nebius Secures $775 Million to Fund AI Cloud Growth** Nebius is also expanding its access to funds as it builds out its AI cloud business. On Friday, the company announced a $775 million senior secured debt facility, its first financing of this type. The loan is backed by the company's GPUs and future cash from a customer deal. The funds will help Nebius grow its AI cloud business without issuing new shares. Nebius stock rose about 5% early Friday following the news. With shares gaining another 3%+ before Monday's opening bell, the stock is extending its rebound into a second trading session. ## **Is Nebius a Good Stock to Buy?** On Wall Street, analysts have a Moderate Buy consensus rating on Nebius' shares. This is based on five Buys and three Holds issued over the past three months.
