Previously, media reports indicated that Foxconn's parent company, Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., had received orders for SpaceX's next-generation AI servers, with SpaceX planning to deploy over 13,000 server cabinets based on the NVIDIA GB300 platform. The reports estimated that if each cabinet costs about $4 million, the order value would be close to $52 billion. However, this figure is not the contract amount but rather a theoretical scale derived from the estimated cost per cabinet. As of the time of publication, neither Hon Hai nor NVIDIA has commented on the related reports. Citrini analyst Jukan previously stated that Hon Hai has broken the duopoly of Dell (DELL.US) and Supermicro (SMCI.US) in the AI server manufacturing sector, being the first to receive orders for SpaceX's next-generation GB300 AI servers. Jukan also mentioned that this order has not yet been reflected in Hon Hai's existing performance guidance, indicating that the company's AI business growth momentum may far exceed market expectations.
