BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DigitalBridge Group, Inc. ("DigitalBridge" or the "Company") (NYSE: DBRG), a leading global alternative asset manager dedicated to investing in digital infrastructure, today announced that it will report its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, on **Tuesday, August 4, 2026**.

In light of the proposed transaction with SoftBank Group Corp., and as is customary during the pendency of an acquisition, DigitalBridge will not be hosting a conference call or providing financial guidance in conjunction with its second quarter 2026 earnings release.

An investor presentation summarizing the quarter's results will be available in the Shareholders section of the Company's website at **ir.digitalbridge.com**.
