Shenzhen Xinghan Laser Technology has started IPO coaching, with Guotai Haitong Securities serving as the sponsor, according to China's securities regulator website. The filing shows that controlling shareholder Zhou Shaofeng directly holds 23.00% of the company and, through Shenzhen Xinghe Zhongzhi Investment L.P. (LLP), Shenzhen Xingyi Laser Investment L.P. (LLP) and Shenzhen Shishi Investment L.P. (LLP), controls another 18.78% of voting rights, for a combined 41.78%.
